Quiet. Snow hardly ever talks, but when she does she says interesting and curious things. Because of her history, she has seen and gone through so much for such a young age and has learned it is best to speak only when spoken to — at least ‘best’ for herself. She has also learned that her presence, without having to say a single word, puts people on edge. Because of her species, Snow gives off extraordinarily odd pheromones, a mixture of both Werewolf animalistic drawing, and Vampyric seduction — causing people to take notice of her almost instantly. She draws attention that she loathes. Being a quiet introverted girl and becoming emotionally exhausted with others easily, she despises what brings them near. But, she also meets herself with a distinct curious nature, always wanting to know why she works the way she does.
But do not let this conditioned shell she has around her fool you. Snow Bird is a well oiled machine when it comes to killing. In fact, she needs to be controlled; if she isn’t her urges tend to run rampant and she will slaughter everything in sight. This is why she is so attached to Tol. He knows and understands her, and thus with him she can survive a normal life. He has taught her since the beginning of their time together how to control her urges, but because she has never been in control of herself completely, she finds it a constant struggle.
Snow Bird likes everything. She acts as if she’s a newborn child sometimes with her silly curiosity. Although she has centuries worth of knowledge and education, she still is fascinated by the way the world works around her, and the behavior patterns of others. She is, in other words, always eager to pick apart someone’s head. Snow Bird has a way of knowing more about you than you’ll let on, or that you’ll even know about yourself. It comes with being so observant.
Her immediate hate stems towards Demons, and the rift between Vampires & Werewolves. She, much like Ptolemy, believe that Vampires and Werewolves should work together. Divides like that make her wonder, however nothing is more important to her than the desire to help her people come together.

Dru takes pleasure in manipulating people and finding his way into their heads. He has an eye for noticing small details about someone, easily reading almost everyone he meets within seconds. He can tell by the slightest movement how someone feels; from a quick aversion in their gaze, to a fidgeting in their hands. Through this, Dru has gained the skill of manipulation and uses his talent for money — working as a fortune-teller in a makeshift circus act that lingers on the outskirts of The Slums.
Dru is curious about the mortal counterparts, the beings that hold a greater place in his Maker’s heart than even the original species he stems from, but none more so than those who are wealthy with high status. From the kingdom to the clans, Dru has intermingled himself with many in order to try and propel his own status. For him, enough is never enough. He would much rather be showered in jewels, than showered in love and surrounded by trust-worthy friends.
Some would say that Dru lacks a heart, being as carefree and greedy as he is. And, for the most part they are right. Although Dru knows very well the lines an Angel must not cross, he walks along that thin line daily.

Adarna has always had a dark, lustful persona. She is the epitome of a ‘Black Widow’ and uses what’s between her legs to get what she wants, though she only chooses to have sex those who she deems worthy of her body. In her youth she was known to be very willful and has grown to be very vengeful and ruthless, bringing her wrath onto anyone who crosses her.
She admires people who are strong-willed and independent and is attracted to those with power, whether it is physical or political. Regardless of how other humans flock to her, she prefers solitude and will become acquainted with those that greatly interest her. Adarna is known to be very sarcastic and has a very dry sense of humor; adoring anyone who has the ability to make her laugh.
Adarna hates those who are weak-minded and have no sense of self being. Those that simply seek to live another day are worthless to her. Individuals who dislike violence deserve to be nothing more than fodder in her eyes.

Father Freeman is a priest for the Athorian Church whose religion is his life; following scripture, reciting it to strike fear in the undead pests that plague Athoria’s lands, and turning to it in times of need. He is the epitome of a holy man, proclaimed to have been carefully selected by the Lord Himself to do His bidding. Stephen is known throughout the supernatural land. It is often that just his name is enough to strike fear into the hearts of lesser beings, whispered in the darkness amongst immortals. This human stems from a long line of Vampire hunters, a bloodline that consists of some of the toughest mortals in history — a bloodline he is most proud of.
A specialist in the various supernaturals, though he is cautious not to discuss it with other mortals — ever. He is well read on the subjects of the varying species, and took first hand in the killing of Vampires throughout his time as an adult. Nowadays, business in the slaying department has slowed down, and with his growing age Stephen keeps to himself. Carefully monitoring Vampire activity in Athoria.
He is strong willed, a strategist, and a stubborn fool at times. Stephen is still learning not to jump the gun when it comes to assumptions, but his mortality catches up to him and sometimes mistakes are made. He considers them lessons, though.
Belle is a strange girl, and her interests are what make her so. She has an affinity with death — not so much because of the gore aspect — especially when it comes to animals, of any size. Belle often hunts down animals and takes their fur, handing the rest over to whomever will want to eat it or use the other parts for something. That is also something else about Belle, she is never wasteful, least of all with animals. With her job comes a mutual respect between her and her kill. She thanks the world for their being there, and for their supplying her with the coin she needs to get by. All the fur she collects are sold in Monir to uppity nobles and the upper-class, sometimes even to the King’s family.
Belle is also a collector of daggers. She has about 5 daggers, all with their own little piece of history attatched to them. She carries one on her at all times, and it’s name is Izzy. Izzy is a beautiful ballock dagger, often seen hanging off Belle’s girdle. She often uses Izzy when she’s out robbing people. A skilled thief, Belle knows how necessary it is for survival out in the slums; when you do not have a fixed home or a steady income, it helps to have street smarts — of which she has in abundance.
Belle does not live in Monir City. Not yet at least, but one day she plans to. For now she lives in the slums, and makes a living off robbing, and selling furs. Even though she does not entirely get a thrill out of robbing, she is probably the best thief in all of Athoria.
She hopes to one day own her own Fur Shop, something that will get her away from the chaos and give her the stability she longs for.

Weapons, fighting, forging and women are practically Emery’s life nowadays since his wife, Rosemary, passed away fifty years prior. He is extremely skilled with any sort of melee and close ranged weapon, demonstrating almost perfection when it comes to more than just fighting with his supernatural abilities. Being a forger since he was old enough in his mortal body and having been taught by his father, Emery has experience forging directly for past Kings, and his blades and armor are magnificent enough to be presented to such rulers even today. Nothing prides him more than seeing his swords in action, knowing that they are appreciated and taken care of.
Emery’s flirtatious and natural ability to seduce any living thing on the planet is only driven by his ego. Knowing that his physical features, combined with his vast knowledge of weapons and wars, are an attractive quality about him, the vampire uses it to his advantage. He loves the night life of the city capital…the women are easy to pick up and easy to drop off somewhere later with throats that are ripped from their necks. In addition, Emery has no quarrels with most supernatural and hence finds it convenient to seek what he desires sexually from anyone or anything.
Emery also has extensive training and quality time with his maker, Michael DePalmado, who acts as Emery’s backbone. He is also becoming more acceptable with different organized supernatural clans whereas in a past life he did not care for them at all. He also likes to run or race around the forests of Athoria, loving the way it feels to sprint freely with enhanced abilities.
For the most part, Emery Frost is a free-spirit; going where he wants without a soul in the world that can stop him from reaching his endgame. He has a sharp tongue and is quick witted. He is flawed in most areas of his life but will never admit to them, not anymore. Emery prefers to have the upper-hand in situations and will become agitated if anything is not going his way. He is stubborn and believes that he is right no matter what, and will gladly risk his life to prove it.
When Emery’s beast surfaces he becomes unpleasant and unsettled, and downright scary. The cocky, sarcastic boy with the brilliant smile vanishes and a demonic illness takes over. The feeling itself is awful and something that Emery has dealt with for over a hundred years. He’ll never get used to the lifestyle or experience, having tried to embrace it years before. When Emery is with the beast his actions reflect those of a bloody, raging, and murderous lunatic.

Michael A. D.
One of the Elder Vampire’s main interest is nature. He loves listening to the trees rattle against each other, birds chirping in the evening light, the water in rivers as it flows over a group of rocks. He is prone to venturing outdoors, shirtless and shoes less, as it gives him a feel for the earth around him. Ever since being turned some eight hundred years ago, Michael has had a closeness to the night, to the world as a whole. It is commonplace to see him wandering through Hallowed Oaks, dazed and lost in his thoughts. He is also fond of the Moon to the point of worshiping it. He calls her Mother Moon, his protector & the only thing keeping him truly alive. This idea was taught to him by his Maker, Babanel, before the man disappeared only five years after turning him. He taught Michael the ways of his bloodline, and Mother Moon was always a focus if not the main focal point.
Being a Vampire, he loves blood — the scent of it alone drives him absolutely crazy. However, Michael prefers a specific type of blood if he can help it; Faerie and Elven. He holds blood to a certain standard, as he believes all Vampires should. One should never carelessly feed if they do not have to, and should respect their meal. This attributes to why DePalmado dislikes thoughtless Vampires; the Vampires who are so careless with the dead bodies they leave behind that they become practically a paved road to the immortal’s whereabouts.
Call it a quirk, but Michael loathes when others point out his slight French accent — one that he wishes would finally disappear. It bares as a reminder of his dingy little mortal life, a life before Babanel, and he cannot stand it. However, during his time with Emery, his progeny, he is becoming increasingly less concerned about it, hardly ever noticing it until someone happens to bring it up. Then the vicious cycle repeats itself.
Michael is a creature that can never tell when he has something good going for him. Never satisfied with himself or those around him, he is constantly trying to find a path that will lead him towards betterment. Time and time again, he falls short — or, believes that he does. It is a struggle in his life that he longs to fill the void in his undead soul that his Maker left behind. The young Vampire has problems seeing the forest for the trees; seeing any issue in his decisions when they are vividly wrong to others. Quiet and polite, Michael is also a gentle giant of sorts as he consistently puts others before himself, to a large fault. During his years away from Athoria, this part of him has gotten better, especially with his progeny who has bared the brunt of almost all of Michael’s stubbornness.

‘Passionate’ would best describe Mister Deangelo, but ‘lost’ would be a close second. He lives for his church and his beliefs, no matter that the two may vastly differ in opinions from time to time. He loves his Lord, but he also loves the Gods and Goddesses he worships outside of Athoria’s religion and inside the realm of witchcraft. Although both beliefs duel within him, he is fixated on creating a fluidity that allows him to believe in both coherently. Some, if he were so bold to tell them outright about who he really is, would find him completely mad for trying to blend both.
Cedric is kind; the type of person who listens before he speaks and provides others with comfort in how tentative his words are. He is thoughtful, but spends too much time to himself to grow attached to anyone long enough to flex that trait. Living a closeted lifestyle of hiding his Warlock side as best he can, this priest gets defensive when people pry into his life. He is careful with how he words his thoughts before they come out, and is cautious about the information he allows others to know when it comes to him and who he is. All this, to avoid a cycle of lies he would never be able to recover from, and so he tries to be as vague yet blunt as best he can.
His hates are limited as he finds himself enjoying many new experiences, as well as continuing a nostalgia for older ones. Demons and demonic creatures seem to be the only things he purely dislikes. However, Cedric has never been partial to large animals, so Werewolves give him the creeps as well. If not completely frighten him.
Madison Harper has an obsession with dolls. Coming from one of the wealthiest families in Athoria, she is an heiress who spends her time and money collecting these beautiful dolls from all around the world. These handcrafted jewels are on display throughout her room, and some even get the privilege of lying on her silken bed spread. Her father believes the obsession started young, but having been spoiled her whole life, pinpointing exactly when it all began is virtually impossible. Having a fascination with such perfect dolls, she has an even bigger fascination with beautiful people. Collecting some of the most socially attractive people in her life as if they, too, are her dolls.
Some have said that her narcissism and uppity attitude can leave a bitter taste in your mouth. But, Madison simply believes she knows who she is and what she wants. While she may be sitting comfortable on Daddy’s money, she longs to get out from under his shadow and become her own independent woman. Someone everyone won’t whisper about. Someone strong, who can stand on their own.
Because of her cushioned life, Madison has been privileged to stay away from the ruthless outside world. Almost like an imprisoned animal, she is unable to fend for herself, never having to hunt or kill for her meals as they have always been brought to her by the handmaids in her home. This often frustrates her, as other Vampires view this as a sign of weakness.

Markus is a sworn enemy of Vampires. He finds the idea that Vampires consider themselves ‘supernatural’, and not an abomination, whimsical at best. He tends to keep them around for a laugh or two, but other than that his business with their kind doesn’t go much further. However, if it is to gain something, he will use a Vampire — but strictly only when necessary. The same view is not different from his stance on women. Mister Burkes also has a subtle reputation with/for females. He loathes their species, and unless he can get something out of them, he finds them practically useless. Although, this does not stop him from using them in Seryth to do his bidding.
Over the many years of his time on Earth, Markus has accumulated a variety of aliases to go by — his favorite and most commonly used one being Christian. If he’s addressing someone outside of Seryth, he’s more than likely going to refer to himself in front of them as one of his aliases — be it Christian or otherwise.

Kir is exceptionally sweet and caring, but too tough to always find the right way to express those kinds of feelings. Conflict is not uncommon with this character, as they struggle with both their identity in the world, and the anger from their past that they still hold inside. As such, Kir will make gestures that can sometimes be awkward, but in a cute way.
He also struggles with becoming too obsessed with things, as well as the pain of losing anything, especially people. As a result, when Kir has a crush on someone, it can quickly turn into an awkward situation where he spends his time thinking about them, and doing things for them. Very rarely has he been able to hold himself from over-romanticizing anything.
As sweet as Kir may be, there’s an underlying darkness inside this spirit. One that bubbles with rage. Being passive aggressive, they keep almost everything bottled up — especially anger and sadness. Luckily for Kir, she was able to come across a job that helps unleash the pent up demons. Fighting has easily become a huge staple in Kir’s life, as it helps not only keep him agile, but sane.

Remy F. Meyer
Remy is protective — overly so. He, even for his somewhat short height, would easily & carelessly take on some of the biggest and baddest Athoria has to offer — and he has. If Remy cares about you he will do just about whatever it takes to let you know it. In his own strange ways, of course. When it comes to caring, he can be stubborn. Remy has a habit of having a hard time showing people he cares in normal or conventional ways; the young Faeire boy would pick bones from a dead carcass and present them as a gift, or burn a building down if it would please someone he cares for. He likes to deny it altogether sometimes, even if it is clear to see. He just does not want to get hurt.
Remy has a habit of hanging around all the wrong kinds of people. He allows himself to get easily attached to people — partly because he’s naturally curious, and partly because he hates being alone. This is how he became a catchpole in Leeds. He hangs around the brutes in the gambling houses all day long, and has a mutual respect between them. Or, so he believes. Most of the people use him for their own deeds, but Remy is always the last to figure this out.
He is very playful and has good intentions, but Remy also likes to think of himself as a warrior. He’s tough for a kid, and loves to take risks.
Remy enjoys hanging around quiet areas of Athoria; the beaches, the lakes, rivers, and all around the countryside. He’s been exploring Athoria for many years now and knows almost every nook and cranny of the country — he knows all the good hiding places, and even has taken up a home in one of them. As much as Remy loves solitude, he also loves crowds. Being submerged in a large group of people takes all the would-be focus off of him, and that’s what he likes the most about it. In a crowd, most people wouldn’t pick him out. He blends in fairly well.
As with almost all Fae, Remy has a soft spot for nature and thus the main reason as to why he’s so nomadic. He loves to run around in the sun and go for a swim amongst the fishes.
Because of his training with the Circle of Light, this Fae is somewhat becoming more and more brainwashed into prejudice against other Species. Although his curious nature makes it hard for him to stay away, he tries his best not to mingle around different kinds. Not so much out of hate for them, but more so because he was told not to. However, having a record for not listening too well to authority, he tends to break this rule a lot.

Even though her love of God is strong, she is conflicted with the truth that she is of Supernatural blood. Lanie is torn between her human nature and her animal side, not sure how God actually feels about either one anymore. This has caused her to spend much of her time considering what is good and what is bad. But, every now and again, when night falls she tends to give in to her more carnal urges — transforming to her wolf form and running wild. The turmoil from this has made her loath herself, and she takes this out during the day in the secret of her room in the convent.
Lanie Anne Jones is a very submissive and well behaved woman. Rarely does she ever speak out of terms with anyone who has a more dominant personality. Because of this, others often feel the need to stick up for her or assert themselves in her defense. Her passive behavior can be so bothersome that way, especially to her. Lanie looks up to strong people, which can sort of verge on the side of obsession; the priest, the King — anyone who has strong will and never backs down from who they are.
This young wolf dislikes when people try to bad mouth anyone she is fond of, but she never really speaks up about it. She tends to keep it all in, only to reveal it later through bitter acts of silence, or however else she get let off steam in a more ‘lady like’ fashion.

Sayo Ki Nahm
Sayo is a bit of a thrill seeker, loving anything that can raise her pulse; something hard to come by in the average every day life she’s forced to live as a servant for the Athor family. She is easily bored and needs to keep busy constantly or else her mind will wander and she won’t get anything done at all. She is extremely confident in her abilities and is often given much space, even with her superiors, due to her intense and often aggressive attitude.
Among the Seryth she is seen as something of a cutthroat, having been a member since she was a child she is incredibly dangerous even without any weapons; training keeps her focused better than anything. She keeps her emotions well tailored, making sure not to get too close to anything or anyone– having learned at a young age that emotions are weakness.
Many seem to think Sayo is all cold hearted and closed off, though to those who have known her long enough to get a glimpse into the other sides of her they have noted - quietly, for fear for their life if she were to hear them speak of her as anything but the ice queen she’s known as - her emotional range does in fact have more to it that just close lipped judgement and a sense of authority and pity, as the facade she puts together has those around her believing she thinks higher of herself than of anyone else - something that has gotten her into trouble on more than one occasion.
Sayo came to Athoria when she was six, traveling with her mother here to seek employment and a place to rest their heads for more than a few nights. Sayo’s mother often told her stories of her time in Athoria before she was born, where she had met Simon, Sayo’s father. Simon was apart of Seryth long before he met Eun Mi, her mother. When the two got together, and fell madly in love, they plotted to run away together and start their family somewhere new. Eun Mi was to go first, leaving Athoria and waiting for Simon in a neighboring town where they would meet once he could get away. Before Simon could escape though, he was murdered. Eun Mi waited for days in the near by town, never leaving the spot where they were to meet, even going hungry whilst waiting. After five days and no sight of Simon, she finally left, thinking he wasn’t able to leave just yet and would eventually find her. He never did.

She is more than willing to help when needed, and she quickly grows attached to and protective of people she connects with. If you have a job that requires getting your hands dirty and you’re not up to the task yourself, Caine is your man. For the right price. He overcharges for his services when he thinks he can get away with it, spending more of his earnings on alcohol and debauchery than on anything else, including the basic necessities and supplies. If there is an easy way to finish the job, he’ll find it. Some view him as unreliable as he’ll often complete his tasks whenever he feels like it, but a bit more coin will usually keep him on schedule and he might even do the job to your specifications. He holds no particular fondness for mortals or supernaturals, making him all the more suited for his line of work. Honor is a word that is never used in relation to Caine, but honor never did him any good anyway.
On the rare occasions when he can be found sober, Caine is far more clever than he lets on. He keeps his educated thoughts to himself, however, content to let the others play at their schemes and politics. How much he talks generally depends on the current company as well as his blood alcohol level. Many are surprised to hear him occasionally quote authors and historians, but the only explanation he gives is that it’s the “remnant teachings of a past life”. When it comes to Caine, it truly is hard to determine which is worse: his bark or his bite.
In wolfen form, he is as reckless and uncouth as he is as a man, and significantly more dangerous. As with most natural Garaus, he has learned how to control the ability to change forms. However, his fondness for alcohol and other mind-altering substances often times let loose his grip on that control, and he generally cares not if he is in the open spaces of the wild or the crowded slums of the city when his primal side takes hold. It is not impossible to reason with him in that state, but few dare try to reason with a raging werewolf. The gods only know why he hasn’t been held accountable for his not too infrequent paths of destruction, but then again, he’s made it a point to be aware when there are ever known Wolf Hunters in the area.

An inquisitive sort with a watchful eye. Every person, place and thing are possible subjects for his next script. His double-talking and vague conversations leave some in a whirl, as he tends toward rhetoric and sometimes brutal forwardness. He’s often said that his reason for never going into politics directly was to easier keep his hands in only his own pockets. Some see Viktor as a spider, weaving some glorious web of lies throughout a vast network of need-to-knows. It’s silly really. The truth is so much more easy to acquire, and so much harder to fabricate.
Viktor is a trouble-maker at heart, but prefers to stir others’ pots when given the opportunity. It is not his prerogative to engage into fights he cannot win, but is quick to look for the upper hand to ensure victory. He’ll happily choose the winning side of a situation, even if he doesn’t agree with it, in order to gain a possible advantage for later use, whether it be coin, information, or even simple trust.
He really does have a genuine love of people. Seeing them in every state of emotion, as it feeds his creative entities. He has at times hurt others to memorize their reactions, as well as loved some personally, and deeply for no gain at all, yet the memory and reference has served him well.
Many have said they find him easy to trust. Whether through his guile, or generous action. Very seldom does he find himself without friends, and some are likely to last a lifetime, despite his likelihood to use those around him for a variety of gain.
The first thing you notice about Sophie is her outstanding intellect, she possesses wisdom that is rarely seen in someone as young as herself or really at all. She has a great understanding of almost everything - art, science, literature, the supernatural, and more. In fact the only things that Sophie does not know is that which she deems to be a waste of time. She is constantly trying to further her knowledge, something that is evident when looking through the extensive archives of the library she runs in Brailston, and is always out and about buying new books. She has a great passion for reading, understanding several languages. Due to her wisdom and her upbringing, Sophie has developed a sort of quiet confidence that makes her seem certain of all she does whilst not coming across as arrogance.
However this knowledge has not always treated Sophie well. She has often been belittled or put down by men - and even some women - who found it unholy that Sophie, a woman, could ever be more intelligent then men who they believed as being far superior. Religion plays no part in Sophie’s life; she doesn’t believe in God. Finding the ideas and stories presented in religion to be unbelievable and prejudiced. Instead she has chosen to place her belief in the ever increasing discovery of science, preferring logical solutions to questions despite the backlash this creates for her. Her keen intelligence, outspoken nature and disbelief in religion has turned Sophie into a pariah of sorts in town, not that this stops people from using the library. Usually she pretends as if this does not bother her, however deep down she has a great longing to belong - having never had one long lasting friend in her life.
Her lonely upbringing has left Sophie with rather undeveloped social skills that make it harder for her to form relationships then she would like. She treats everything much more professionally then personally, the one trait that she despised so much in her parents, and finds connecting to people hard - constantly worried that those that she befriends will eventually leave her. This professional nature she has adopted does however allow her to do most things well as her methodical, cool nature can often be very useful when dealing with problems. She is not all cold though, she has a very helpful nature to both humans and the supernatural and finds it easy to forgive others.
It is extremely rare to find Sophie angry or annoyed, almost as rare as it is to find her completely happy. Her long since mastered calm façade can fool even the most perceptive of folk but sometimes hints of her sadness can be glimpsed shining in her eyes. She’s learnt that it’s easier to mask your emotions, rather then confront them and though she’s not aware this lie that she often presents to others is a lie that she herself succumbs to as well; tricking herself that everything is fine when really she isn’t, at least not completely.
Rumor is, that Marrada is crazy from the visions she has. That she is lost somewhere between the Spirit world, and the world of the living. She chatters under her breath to things that aren’t there, and is said to have laid down with Lucifer himself in exchange for her eternal life. She is far more than peculiar, far more off than the rumors say. However, Marrada is a master at deceit. Because of this, one might never know how far down the rabbit hole of her strange mind goes.
Her personality varies from one extreme to the next, never settling in a comfortable medium. One moment she is cruel, unfeeling — and the other, she is a soft-spoken nurturer who caters to the people around her. It is said that her feelings work this way depending on the ones of those around her. She easily picks up emotions from others and expresses them wildly, unable to control them. Having spent all of her life dedicated to magick, she has no concern for others, primarily. She only expresses any need for others if they are within her coven, are divine in some way, or can give her something she wants/needs.
Marrada has a child-like demeanor sometimes, often showing a strange submissive side to her in the presence of Azil. She adores him for his power, and his mind. Although her heart is cold, she likes to play with dolls — making them come alive with a murmured spell. This powerful Witch turns into a spoiled brat when things do not go her way, and is not above throwing a tantrum or seeking revenge on others.
Like Azil, Marrada has a strange dark power within her that she often cannot control. One might attribute her crazed behavior to this entity she wields inside of her, saying that she is stained with its evil.

Most people who have encountered Zayden - those who he has not gone after at least - admit, openly, that he has a seductiveness about him that makes him blend well with others, as well as draw people to him. Swagger, in other words. He oozes it. Zayden never backs away from a fight, and can often be the starter of one. He’s strong, calm and collected — a badass. However, he is also charming and sincere with his emotions. When he loves you, or even just cares about you, you will have all of him — good and bad. He loves to make those around him happy, he loves to make people smile. Zayden often times sticks his neck out for the benefit of others. But, getting on Zayden’s absolute good side takes time. He does not trust very well at first, even if he considers you a friend. This has often led him to people leaving his life — but what does he care? A guy has got to keep on moving.
He is also spiritual — though not a fanatic. He follows the Garou way when it comes to that, in which he worships multiple gods/goddesses the Were’s do. For Zayden, you either understand him or you don’t. Either way, he’s got no time for lame people in his life.
Zayden loves his job. He likes to play the good guy role, without having to commit to being a good guy. His morals about killing/hunting down bad guys has often wavered, especially when it comes to the crime. Nevertheless, he’s good at what he does. He catches mortals and kills them or hands them over to the authorities — what could be better than that? Zayden takes a great pride in his work, in what he does. He believes that it reflects his views well when it comes to mortals — especially his underlying conflicts between hating them and admiring them.
He has fallen in love many times, and openly admits that it is his favorite emotion. Even though Zayden can be stubborn, he has a large heart — it’s just harder to get at then with most. He loves being in love, he loves love. However, Zayden tries his best to stay away from mortals. He knows that their lives are not as permanent as his, and so he does not want to invest his life into someone/something that won’t stand the tests of time as he will.
He also loves nature & blood, but what Werewolf/Vampire hybrid doesn’t? Killing is fascinating to him, especially when it deals in revenge. Also, he has an affinity with drinking. He likes to surround himself — sometimes, not often — with people who can dare to try to drink him under the table.
Zayden openly admits to hating how separated Vampires and Werewolves are. He believes that peace amongst these two groups is essential for both parties to maintain an existence on Earth.

Tholyn is an extremely spiritual being, as most of his kind are. He finds solace in worshiping the Goddesses and doing their bidding as needed. He enjoys even more to spend long nights alone in the Cove where he can escape whatever haunts his mind at the time. The young elf practices polytheism, as was taught to him by his mother and the Attos of his old village. Often, he carries stones and other spiritual/religous relics with him that have been blessed and bare significance to his life.
The young elven man also a hunter, fixing himself with a bow and arrow and mastering long range combative skills. Tholyn is an not only a great hunter, but probably the best archer in all of Athoria. Although he is not confrontational or keen to showboating he does enjoy practice and playful competition. Very rarely does Tholyn leave the realm of zen he is in; always using pristine emotional control to drive his thoughts.
In the Elf society, women are dominant, ruling with an iron fist to the point that they have adapted to treating men lesser than them. It is natural in their culture that all men are seen more as objects than actual beings of value. This did not settle well with Tholyn as he grew up. He was born outside of a proper Elven community which did not adhere to these rules, yet focused more on spirituality and hunting. After leaving his community, however, in the event that he meets a female Elf he will surely have his doubts of her character. The preconceived notion that she would, undoubtedly, push him into a submissive role would make him not only feel awkward, but rebellious at the least.

Wisteria loves sewing. She has a knack for it, too. She weaves anything from clothing to towels, although she profits off of her embroidered rugs. She has a skill for making beautiful tapestries, that are often desired by many. Originally, she didn’t look to profit from her hobby, but people began offering pay for her works and now she sells them on a regular basis. Some of her finer rugs and tapestries can even be found within the castle that houses the Royal Family, although she’s never met the King or Queen and doubts that they know who she is.
On top of sewing, Wisteria also likes cooking. And cooking everything. She’s skilled when it comes to making food, but her favorite thing to cook up is a potion. She’s amazing at brewing wonderful remedies and potions of all kind, although she rarely sells them. She keeps a cabinet stocked full of such things, for emergency, but she tends to keep that cupboard under lock and key. She’s aware of the bad things people could do if they got their hands on those potions. Normally, if she were to brew a potion, she would make something she needed for immediate use, and she would only use it on herself or for something she needed.
Wisteria’s dislikes include a variety of things, and none of them seem to be connected. There are the simple displeasures, such as rude or cruel people, the smell of cabbage, and even the color black. But then there are stronger dislikes she has; many of which are unexplained. She has a particular distaste for the spice nutmeg. She won’t use nutmeg in her potions, and she won’t eat anything with nutmeg in it. If someone were to ask her why, she would simply ignore the question entirely.
Wisteria also dislikes people who don’t follow what she considers proper etiquette. That’s not to say that she will jump down your throat if you do something she doesn’t see as fit. But she will always personally have an uncomfortable mood around you if you do something that she doesn’t like. She thinks everything should be just so; the man should as the woman to marry, the woman should be pure upon marriage, and should stay pure until the husband sees fit. She may appear sexist, but this is simply how she was raised. Due to her strange beliefs, she refuses to marry. As much as she thinks a woman should stay within her role, she doesn’t want it for herself.
Among other things, family is an important aspect of her life. She isn’t sure what she would do without her father and brother at her side. It seems that her father is always busy nowadays, even with crime at an all-time low. It’s bothersome. Jarrid, on the other hand, pays attention to the Princess but only when he has to. Bethory holds on to the hope that one day her mother will return, her father will have free time, and her brother will value her.
Her life is lavish and secure, yet the Princess can’t shake the feeling that someone is watching her. Guards surround the castle and there is always a nightwatchman on patrol. However, Bethory is scared of the things that lurk in the shadows. She knows something happened to her mother, and she’s waiting the day for when they come for her. She isn’t sure who but she has a feeling… The supernatural is one the only topics she isn’t well-read in. The King doesn’t allow it. It’s a sensitive subject, and she doesn’t want to upset her father so her paranoia is kept to herself.

Gage will be the first person to tell you off. In fact, you don’t even have to know he’s there for him to tell you off. He’ll just do it. Mischievous, cunning, dangerous and unstable would describe Gage perfectly. Reckless encompasses all of these. Gage cares little about consequences since he became a vampire. Call him a loose cannon. Since no one is going to stop him and he doesn’t care, Gage loves to mate, kill, feed, and repeat. Destroying things turns him on. If it can be muddled with, he will muddle. With little empathy towards others, Gage enjoys fucking for the score; he’ll just leave the unconscious woman somewhere else. Who cares?
The more people around, the better. The better selection of people to troll.
Gage loves himself. He loves caring for himself and going the extra mile for himself. But let’s not call him selfish.
Authority is Gage’s natural enemy. Anything that restrains him or attempts to contain him is wrong. Apart from the pub owner—his employer — Gage doesn’t listen to anyone. He really dislikes the species-inclusive groups like the DLN, especially the DLN; he actively refuses and belittles the organization’s philosophy and members. He hates how all of those snobby little vampires act so pretentiously when they’re no better than the peasants sleeping on dirt.
Anyone that equally mirrors or even magnifies Gage’s cockiness and brawn absolutely drives him mad. Flattery is something best left to the whores who want money. Gage is the one and only, and the best at what he does. None other. Those who challenge him with his own criticisms will manage to make him throw a tantrum.
Gage also worries about self-preservation, caring not about how he hurts and affects others, with no concern for the greater picture. Gage lives in the now. Whatever will get him ahead in the moment is what he will strive for, be it manipulating an innocent woman or kicking a child into the dirt. Gage harbors fears of “losing himself” to something he’s not.
One might call Logan “damaged goods”. As a boy, he had tons of potential, but due to his past he’s more of a shell of what he used to be. He’s reserved and polite, soft-spoken and tries to stay out of trouble as much as he can. He doesn’t run around with many people in Leeds, and likes to keep his focus on fighting as much as he can for that reason. He doesn’t want to, or like, being a man living out of the slums, but there’s not much a person with his problems can do.
However quiet Logan might be, he’s smart and sharp-tongued when problems arise. He doesn’t seek out fights or arguments, but he doesn’t have the social skills to know how to back out of one either. And usually, in a fight out of the ring, visions of his past will kick in, and you can be sure that whomever he’s up against will need to be hospitalized or worse.
Logan suffers from severe claustrophobia. Even the thought of being backed up into anything without a way out makes his stomach burn with knots. Small places; rooms and otherwise, make him have panic attacks that often leave him dizzy — often times resulting in black outs. When this happens, Logan is generally only out for a minute, at the most.

Rebecca Anske is complex. While she loves fighting, strategy, and the basic mental toughness one must have in order to get through combat, she also longs for affection and to experience comfort in the form of a companion. Secretly, in the private confides of her own of room, she writes in her journal about her ideal partner. It is easy to say that Rebecca hides this side of her, preferring to dismiss her more compassionate side for the sake of keeping her guard up, but it is much more complex than that. It is less that she does it on purpose to keep others out, and more that she has learned over time that being cold means surviving. This young wolf has it in her head that kindness can often mean weakness, and that being submissive or even subservient can have others walking all over you in no time.
She is tough, though — both physically and mentally. And while her cold exterior can sometimes cause others to have preempted ideas about her, she is smart enough to know that there is a time and place where being aggressive can get her point across. Rebecca is most kind towards her species, especially those in her pack whom she considers her friends and family. The young wolven woman would do anything for them, and it is mainly with them that she is able to walk a line of aggressor and warmheartedness.
Vampires & Witches give Rebecca the creeps. Apart from that, she dislikes when people try to attach themselves to her. However, this is merely a coping mechanism she uses so she is not the one getting too attached.

Being an ex-Attos, she is a very stubborn and demanding. Only towards women does she show any compassion to, but this is only because of her past experiences with her title. Attos are the leaders of their Elf communities; they are spiritually above all the others and talk to the Goddesses, they are the most beautiful, and it is natural in the communities that men are treated as equal to objects. Because of this, she loves submissive men who listen. She finds them attractive and even sweet, even if she is a rude bitch to them.
Alaedre is also into herbology, healing, and is a spiritual women still, even though she is no longer held to the standard of Attos.
Apart from loathing the idea of men in power, she absolutely is disgusted by Humans. Humans have, since the very beginning, put men above women. Alaedre not only finds this insulting, but against the laws of nature. Because of this, living on Earth has been a struggle, thus she tends to keep to herself in the Hallowed Oak forest, living modestly by a waterfall.

Lilias McKenzie is outgoing and overly friendly, one might say, which invites her into the life of a lot of strange and interesting people. Many times her weaving in and out of certain social circles has her winding up in trouble, or in danger of trouble. But, this Fae is also tough and spunky, so when danger is afoot she usually is able to get her way out of it. She also has a habit of rambling on and on, especially when nervous. This can leave people wanting to give her her way just to shut her up.
Being brutally honest comes with the species, and so Lilias keeps her answers to questions vague out of habit in order to maintain necessary privacy. She can run circles around a question if need be.
The young Faerie is partial to exploring, which she does frequently all over the land of Athoria. With her gear on — animal skin canister to hold her water, exploration hat and boots, and a bow and arrow — she heads all throughout the rigged lands, discovering new things. This helps her curious nature be fed in more healthy ways than in meddling in people’s affairs. But, of course, she’s not above asking too much if her desire to know gets the better of her.
Being so polite, Lilias does not dislike much of anything. Her natural inquiring mind for Earth and the people in it make her a specialist, although an awkward one, at making friends. Her only problem is keeping them around. Because she can be somewhat on the annoying side when it comes to rambling and whatnot, people don’t tend to stick around for too long.
Lilias is really only picky about certain foods she has already tasted, but she’s always up for a challenge of trying something new. She loves adventures and trying a slue of new things, not limited to food.
Because of the murders of her family, Calliope regards human culture with distaste, fully convinced her elven way of life is the only true way to live. She finds humans brutish, uncivilized and inferior. And she loves her city and the ancient customs that surround her daily life, dismayed by many of the city’s youth’s fascination for the humans living just a few miles away from their secluded home. In conversation she is solemn, to the point and humorless, most often only showing passion when in conversation about elven customs or her work. She is fiercely loyal to The City of Fern and it’s people, regarding them with immense appreciation for raising her when her own family was killed. Calliope is fearless. And she is extremely aware that the decisions she makes ensure the safety of the women in her guard as well as the citizens of Fern.

There is something about being practically invincible, that makes Pierre feel godly. He readily provokes fights so he can prove his power. The feeling of life being bashed from a pathetic, angered human feels like opium. He doesn’t believe in the The Maker. He has a no nonsense policy on believing in mystic creatures who’s sole job is to judge the human race. If they were real, why not show their face? The only reason he knows Lucifer exists is because he met him. The beliefs in fate, astrology, or any other ‘voodoo shit’ like that are equally laughable. It’s not in his nature to believe in anything that isn’t tangible.
Naturally being dead, he’s a pessimist. Things don’t work out in the end. He learned that lesson first hand. Pierre will always give his honest opinion unless he wants to hide something. Good luck finding which one is which. It’s doubtful he even knows. If there is something in the world that he actually fears, it is being forgotten. He doesn’t want to fade away in some unmarked grave. The Phantom wants people to know his name. He wants history books in various volumes based solely on him. He doesn’t just want to be mentioned; he wants to influence the future.
